- 2 oz Bourbon
- 1 TBS Simple Syrup (See Below)
- 10-15 large mint leaves
Make simple syrup by boiling 2 cups each of sugar and water for 5 minutes. Cool and place in covered bowl with eight sprigs of mint overnight in the refrigerator.
Mash mint leaves and simple syrup with spoon. Fill glass with crushed ice and bourbon. Garnish with mint sprig.
