Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• ¼ tsp salt
• Grapefruit Juice

Pour Gin, add salt and fill glass with with grapefruit juice

Ingredients:

• 2 Oz Vodka
• Ice
• Orange Juice

Pour Vodka into a Collins glass, add ice and fill glass with Orange Juice

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz Vodka
2 oz tomato juice
3 Drops tobacco sauce
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 Splash Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste

Stir in a tall glass and garnish with a celery stick

Mix in a Champaign flute equal parts Champagne & Orange Juice

• 1 ½ oz coffee flavored Brandy
• Light Cream

Pour Brandy into Old Fashioned Glass over ice. Add light cream to fill so that it floats on top like a sombrero

• 2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlua is a good choice)

Pour Vodka and Kahlua into Old Fashioned glass over ice.

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 TBS Simple Syrup (See Below)
• 10-15 large mint leaves

Make simple syrup by boiling 2 cups each of sugar and water for 5 minutes. Cool and place in covered bowl with eight sprigs of mint overnight in the refrigerator.

Mash mint leaves and simple syrup with spoon. Fill glass with crushed ice and bourbon. Garnish with mint sprig.

• 1 ½ oz Scotch
• ¾ oz sweet vermouth
• 1 dash orange bitters

Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass

• 1 ½ oz whisky
• ¾ oz sweet vermouth
• 1 dash bitters

Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass – serve with cherry

• 2 oz. Whisky
• 1 TBSP. Lemon Juice
• 1 TSP. Sugar

Shake with ice and strain into a Collins Glass. Garnish with lemon slice and cherry
