Episode 105 – Annual Fall TV Preview (with a twist)

In this episode, Mike and Jim start their show with what’s on their minds. After an intro on the new format and website feedback, Jim goes off on AMEX for a letter he received about interest rates and Jim then goes over some recent research he did on the economy of laser versus ink jet printers. Mike ends the opening with a story about how the H1N1 Swine Flu reached his office (no, not as an infection).

Then in the opening segments this show covers the weekly round-up of interesting news, tech news, general stuff, and politics and follow up with a main segment that brings you our annual fall TV preview with a slightly different “twist.”

If you recall, we ended last season with the first part of Real Estate 101 – buying a house. This episode,  discuss the other half of that transaction – namely how to sell a house.

As with the buying side, while the overall process is fairly straightforward, there are some details that it would be wise not to over look. As we discuss the process, we may re-tread some of the ground covered in the buying segment, but will be viewing those items from the perspective of the seller this time around.
