Interesting News:

• This past week brought a highlight (or maybe a low point) in baseball with the Red Sox / Tigers bench clearing brawl when Kevin Youkalis was hit by pitch.

Main Segment:

If you recall, we ended last season with the first part of Real Estate 101 – buying a house. This episode,  discuss the other half of that transaction – namely how to sell a house.

As with the buying side, while the overall process is fairly straightforward, there are some details that it would be wise not to over look. As we discuss the process, we may re-tread some of the ground covered in the buying segment, but will be viewing those items from the perspective of the seller this time around.
